Our programme isn't about dieting; diets simply don't work for the vast majority of people, in fact the success rate less than 15%. Every time you stop dieting you are more than likely to put all the weight that you have lost back on and more.

The only true way to lose weight is to eat less and move more. But it is important that you eat less in an effective way and that you can still enjoy the foods that you love to eat. Additionally, you need to learn to eat only when you are hungry, and to stop eating when you are full by eating consciously.

"Moving more" doesn't mean you have to join a gym or take up a sport, it can be simply walking for a few minutes more a day.

It's also important to understand about foods that are a toxin to you, this is distinct from an allergy. Ingesting food stuffs that are toxins can inhibit weight loss as well as impacting on your general health, well being and energy levels.

We will show you effective and easy techniques that will change the way that you eat for ever and also identify those food stuffs which are a toxin to you.

Yvette's Story:

  My own story is proof that this programme works through a combination of changing the way that I eat, understanding the foods that are a toxin and avoiding them wherever possible, and also taking a little more exercise.

I now have more energy than I've had for years and my friends tell me that I look healthier and younger whenever they see me. I don't know how much weight that I have lost as I don't weigh myself but I have shrunk many clothes sizes. And I can still eat what I want to eat and enjoy it and not have those crises of conscience that many diets would instil in us without having to calorie count etc. There are no forbidden foods and no constant feelings of hunger or cravings. The only thing that I consistently do is avoid the foods that are toxins to me and test myself when I go shopping, eat at a restaurant or when cooking at home.

And the other benefits have been amazing, more energy, reduction in joint pain, and general improvement in my health.
