
For teams to improve performance and enhance their business and personal skills they have to understand what is required of them and what the goals are they will be measured against and know they are being supported.
Many will feel that creative behaviour has not always been encouraged and others will not recognise their own creativity and the leader's role will be to encourage unconscious creativity of the team as a whole and the individuals.
Leaders need to understand and recognise the individuals' and the team's optimal flow rate when they are neither bored nor over stretched. At the same time through developing skills and team performance this optimal flow rate can be improved upon.
Various models can be used to get set goals that achievable, measurable and agreeable. Unless there is buy in and acceptance of the goals they will not be delivered and the required outcomes not achieved.
Performance has to be reviewed on a regular basis in an open and honest way as does the validity of the goals themselves.
We will work with the leaders and their teams in creating learning environments, developing flexibility to meet new organisational requirements, goal setting and measurement. show how congruent assessments and reviews can be undertaken and the changes made, including behavioural changes of the leader and their team(s) to enable the delivery.
