Yvette Lamidey is the principal of free2change.com. Additionally, Yvette works with a number of highly skilled practitioners from all over the UK. If we can't help you we'll happily refer you to one of the many excellent TFT, NLP or Hypnotherapy practitioners.

Yvette first came to NLP & TFT through a Paul McKenna weight loss programme. So profound were the changes and so compelling as a technology, Yvette immediately decided to train as a NLP practitioner with Paul McKenna training which featured Dr Richard Bandler. Yvette is now a Master Practitioner and a member of the international NLP society.

Additionally, Yvette has trained in TFT under Kevin Laye, to complement her NLP skills. Yvette is certified as a Practitioner of TFT and is a member of the society that regulates and trains TFT practitioners.

Yvette lives in Wiltshire and provides one-to-one consultations in Wiltshire, London and the surrounding areas. Telephone and web-cam consultations are also available in some cases.


In a parallel life, Yvette is the director of Paris & Parks Consulting (a human resources and taxation consultancy). Yvette is a consultant with the Institute of Payroll Professionals (IPP) on policy matters, of which she is a fellow, and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Our associates are experienced professionals with excellent inter-personal, communication, training and negotiation skills who have a strong track record in working in central and local government including local authorities, MoD and DVLA, media, publishing, insurance, retail, not for profit organisations and charities working at Board level as well as with people from across an organisation. They are used to working in rapidly changing markets and the pressures that rapid change can bring.

They include qualified psychometricians who use a variety of assessment and profiling tools for leadership development, career transition work and supporting change management programmes through process design and implementation. In addition some are experienced mentors and coaches and have completed the London Leadership Centre's mentor training programme.

Suzi Howard Consulting

A fully qualified psychometrician, Suzi has extensive experience of using personality profiling with individuals and teams at all levels, from managing directors to graduate trainees, in the context of recruitment, assessment, leadership development and career transition work. Suzi's particular area of expertise is in supporting change management programmes across public, private and charity sectors, through process design and implementation. Suzi is also an experienced mentor and coach at executive and senior management levels and has completed the London Leadership Centre's mentor training programme.

Mary Eugenie Tapissier

Mary is a skilled, experienced and intuitive HR/Media/Publishing professional with excellent inter-personal, communication and negotiating skills. She also has a strong track record of managing creative people and businesses in rapidly changing markets and corporate environments.
